From two parts, the first part of this study includes splitting a new model for a functionally gradient sill based on Euler Tymoshenko's theory and high degree formation theory.
The second part of this study includes the design and fabrication of a functionally graded beam based on the results of tensile samples examination, These samples were made from a mixture of epoxy and different volumetric ratios of alumina
The thesis aims to use functionally graded materials, as these materials are considered a distinct type of composite materials, as they are characterized by a continuous change from one surface to another. This change leads to reducing the stress concentration and avoiding the problem of thinning.
The thesis for the first part concluded that increasing the ratio of length to thickness will reduce the difference between Euler's theorem and the rest of the theories and that all non-dimensional results to frequency and buckling load are inversely proportional to non-dimensional results to precipitation
As for the second part, the tensile results showed that the modulus of elasticity of the sample containing 5% of nano is improved by 107.1255% compared to the sample made only of epoxy, and the tensile strength decreased by 16.41% compared to the sample containing 4% of alumina.
