Dr. Ali Nasser Al-Saraifi, a teaching assistant in the Department of Geography at the College of Education for Girls, participated in the discussion of a master’s thesis in the College of Arts, University of Basra
The thesis, entitled (Contamination by mines and remnants of war in the Basra governorate), dealt with the presence of contamination with military remnants in the general Basra governorate, and the most concentration of pollution was in the western side (Zubair district) and the eastern side (Shatt Al-Arab district).
