Polymer research center organized annual assessment conference 2021-2022 for three research centers; Polymer research center, date palm research center and Basra and Arab Gulf Studies Center. The conference held in the presidency of the University of Basrah conference’s hall, sponsored by The President of Basrah University, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi and in presence of assistant to the president for administrative Affairs Prof. Dr. Ali H. Dheyab and other department heads of university. The conference presented by center’s managers and discussed the latest achievements made by each center and obstacles faced by researchers, in addition to other issues that could also be relevant. They also suggested possible ways to overcome those obstacles and to continue promoting Iraqi’s researcher to level that suits the university.
