The Division of Continuing Education in the College of Fine Arts at the University of Basra held a seminar entitled Preparing and Drafting Administrative Correspondence
The symposium, which was moderated by M. M. Saja Yasser Hussein, and presented by M. Khadija Shukri Faisal presented an explanation of the correspondence, which is an important means of communication between governmental and non-governmental departments. It is a legal document that enables us to refer to it when needed, so these correspondences must be accurate and shorten effort and time.
The aim of the course is to train employees, especially contracts and daily wages, on how to draft, submit requests, edit and answer official books.
The seminar was very effective in terms of discussion by the lecturers and students.
