
The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah discussed a master's thesis entitled (The Impact of Collective Negotiation Strategy to Improve the Quality of Work Life, Impression Management as an Interactive Variable, a Case Study in the Basra Municipality Directorate).
The researcher Muhja Hameed Mohsen’s thesis aims to measure the quality of work life for individuals working in the Basra Municipality Directorate, and to choose the direct influence relationship between the independent variable, the collective negotiation strategy, and the dependent variable, the quality of work life.
The study concluded that accepting the hypothesis that indicates a positive and significant effect of the collective negotiation strategy in improving the quality of work life, and this confirms that the use of the collective negotiation strategy will contribute significantly to improving the various dimensions related to the quality of work life.
