The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah discussed a PhD thesis entitled (Development of a proposed integrative framework for perception, attitudes and behavior in the workplace, an applied study in the Iraqi industrial sector).
The researcher's thesis (Hassan Odeh Abdullah) aims to propose and choose an integrative framework that includes the most important variables of perception and attitudes that promote or discourage positive and negative behavior in the workplace.
The thesis was concluded to support the proposed framework significantly, as these results supported the assumption that the variables of positive and negative perception and positive and negative attitudes are highly predictive of positive behavior in addition to the assumption that the variables of positive / negative perception and positive attitudes predict negative behavior.
