The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah discussed a master's thesis entitled (Crude Oil Refining and Petrochemicals Industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the years 2010-2020 with special reference to Iraq).
The researcher Saleh Kamel Mohalhel's thesis aims to explain the weaknesses in the oil sector and the petrochemical sector, ways of advancement and development, and taking into account the developments in the region and the developments that took place in Saudi Arabia, such as the establishment of industrial cities and the increase of expertise in order to advance the country's reality.
