The Pharmacognosy and Medicinal Plants Department at the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah organized a panel discussion entitled (Everything you need to know about essential oils) with the participation of researchers and specialists.
The panel discussion included a lecture given by Assistant Lecturer Reham Adnan Taha, in which she talked about essential oils throughout history, their extraction methods, recipes, and their therapeutic uses, such as lavender oil, eucalyptus oil, tea flower oil, peppermint oil, and rose oil, and their uses for treating acne and colds. The lecture showed the correct ways of how to choose the appropriate oils for the disease, and how to choose the good oils and the products in which they are
