The University of Basrah, in cooperation with the Central Agency for Standardization and Quality Control, organized a course on examining and evaluating patents, in the presence of a number of professors from southern universities.
The course aims to develop the capabilities of university professors on the method of filing patents.
The course, which was moderated by Dr. Ihsan Aidan Al-Semari from the Inventors' Welfare Unit, included the method of writing patents, their products and the mechanism for their submission.
