Under the auspices of the President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Ramzy Salim Ali, and the Chairman of the Safety and Biosecurity Committee, Prof. Dr. Tahsin Ali Saki, in coordination with the Division of Continuing Education in the College of Engineering, and in coordination with members of the Central Committee CBRN, Dr. Maytham Abdullah Ali and Mrs. Shurooq Shubr Ghalib, The Central Committee for Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Safety and Security (CBRN) in the College of Engineering at the University of Basrah holds a course (public safety and nuclear radiation safety)
The course dealt with methods of public safety procedures, the necessary equipment that must be available in the laboratory, sources of danger in laboratories, and what procedures must be available when there is danger In the laboratories, and what are the procedures that must be available when there is danger, educating students on the use of safety methods, determining safety procedures in the event of an accident
For postgraduate students in the College of Engineering and students of the Department of Physics in the Colleges of Science and Education for pure science, earth science and agricultural mechanization.
