An electronic symposium was held in the Division of Continuing Education in the College of Education for Girls entitled (Individual differences and how to deal with them educationally)
The symposium presented by M.M. Duha Adel Salem, difference exists in all areas of life, and that there is a difference between living organisms and differences within the individual and his formation, as these differences raise controversy because they contain problems and gaps that affect the educational process
The symposium aimed to demonstrate the researchers' attempts to address them, since the teacher is one of the means of the educational process that must achieve the desired goals. Therefore, the teacher must recognize how individual differences are and overcome them.
