The Dean of the College of Law, Prof. Dr. Aqil Fadel Al-Dahan, and Dr. Durgham Fadel Hussein, Director of the Legal Clinic Unit at the College, participated in the legal clinic workshop, which was organized by the Francophone University Agency (AUF) in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Beirut.
Many Iraqi and Arab universities participated in the workshop which focused on activating the work of legal clinics, defining their tasks, and how to provide legal assistance to vulnerable groups in society, such as displaced persons, juveniles, divorced women, widows, and others to achieve its objectives in a transparent and clear manner.
It is worth mentioning that the legal clinics are among the leading programs in the developed world.
