The thesis dealt with a comparison of the therapeutic efficacy of topical antibiotics (Erythromycin Gel, Clindamycin Gel, and Dapsone Gel) for the treatment of acne, the most common disease in the middle age group. The study also dealt with the comparison between the therapeutic response of patients. The study also dealt with the percentage by which the number of pills decreased compared to the skin color of the patient and compared to the sex of the patient. At the end of the study, the side effects of the treatments were compared, and the percentage of the patient's satisfaction with the result of the response to the treatment
The study concluded that there is no ideal treatment for acne. The treatment can be used alone or in combination with another treatment to increase the response rate. Erythromycin gel and clindamycin are old topical treatments that are still used with a satisfactory result for patients.
