The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Education organized a workshop on the topic (electronic arbitration) with the participation of researchers and specialists.
The workshop included a lecture presented by Dr. (Ramez Mahdi Mahmoud Ashour)
It dealt with it (a summary of the concept of electronic arbitration, its objectives, the advantages and disadvantages of electronic arbitration, what are the motives for resorting to electronic arbitration, what are its provisions, methods of raising the dispute in electronic arbitration, and what electronic arbitration has reached)

The workshop showed, (the need for our Arab countries to keep pace with the current high development of electronic arbitration, which has become a reality in the world, through serious and continuous work in virtual arbitration centers, universities, legal sectors and unions to keep pace with information technology for practical use that is in line with the ongoing developments, to be an effective part of the system. In this way, the conclusion of local and international agreements in order to recognize, strengthen and organize these centers to keep pace with the aspirations of international electronic trade and commercial exchange operations, amend the laws on international commercial arbitration, join and develop treaties in the field of electronic arbitration and global electronic commerce)
