The College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah launched the first aid initiative that saves lives in moments of danger, in order to activate the university's role in community service.
And the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Falah Hassan Shri said: The college has launched this initiative, which will include the dorms at the University of Basrah first, and then we will move towards government institutions. Where we have prepared approximately (10) pharmacies to distribute them to the male and female students’ dormitories, and this is not the first initiative. Before that, we distributed first aid kits to the colleges in the Karmat Ali and Bab Al-Zubair sites, and we will continue with this initiative, as we are a college that has responsibilities for society and its health.
