Professor Dr. Fateh Abdulsahib Al-Khakani, Dean of the College of Dentistry University of Basrah, opened the charity market in the Bab Al-Zubair Colleges Compound, which was established by the college in cooperation with the College of Nursing, the College of Pharmacy and the Student Activities Department.
The Dean referred to the wide participation of students, entrepreneurs and volunteer teams to support this activity, which was allocated to benefit the homes for the elderly and orphans.
The charity market included various types of merchandise, food, books and art paintings.
The activities of the charity market witnessed great popularity and success among university students and the parties supporting the cultural and artistic activities and events that aim to spread the culture of charitable, voluntary and educational activities.
