The aim of the course is to provide the participants with modern scientific foundations and concepts in the areas of secretarial work and management of office work, skills and rules of etiquette and protocol, as well as developing their skills in organizing meetings, methods of dealing with others, and the behaviors that must be followed in office management and executive secretarial work. So, the course targets all workers in the secretarial function and management Offices and workers in the management of senior offices, or candidates to fill this position in the future.
The course, which was presented by the teacher, Ahmed Abdel Saud, included an introduction to secretarial work, its concept and types, the importance of the secretarial function, its characteristics and functions, the tasks and responsibilities of the secretary, the skills and capabilities of the executive secretary, the general characteristics that must be available in the secretary, and the scientific characteristics of the secretary.
In the end, the recommendation was that all modern computer methods, approaches, and devices should be followed and used for workflow and organization, and how to deal with daily work requirements such as interviews, preparation of reports, organization of files, documents, records, and other matters that organize the work of the institution, organization, or office.
