The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Education for Human Sciences organized a workshop on .. (negotiation skills and diplomacy of political persuasion) with the participation of researchers, specialists, and administrative cadres from various ministries, agencies and government institutions .. The workshop included a lecture presented by (Dr. Jawad Kazem Al-Shammari)
It dealt with (the concept, types, elements, and levels of the negotiation process, as it indicates that negotiation is a civilized way to settle the conflict, as it is a skill that enables those who master it to succeed in some aspects of life .. Also, diplomatic methods were discussed in the process of political persuasion .. It is known that negotiation needs skills. Diplomacy that enables the person in charge of it and those who can invoke it to control the opponent and reach satisfactory results ..
