The College of Law at the University of Basrah organized a visit to the Arabian Gulf Academy for Maritime Studies to offer congratulations and blessings to the sons of our armed forces from the academy’s members on the occasion of Iraqi Army National Day.
The team presented flowers and Iraqi flags to the employees of the Naval Academy, the Factory of Heroes and the protectors of the Iraqi territorial waters. Assistant Brigadier General Dr. Raed Siwan Atwan presented flowers and the Iraqi flag to the President of the Academy, Major General Hisham Hammadi Taher.
He expressed his great happiness with this beautiful gesture by the College of Law team and its wonderful impact.
During this meeting, scientific views were exchanged and the possibility of expanding scientific cooperation between the Maritime Academy and the College of Law through holding joint seminars and presenting research related to maritime law.
