The College of Nursing at the University of Basrah organized an inspection visit, in which members of the faculty participated, to the Children's Specialist Hospital for children with cancer in Basra.
The visit aims to view the conditions of children with cancer, stand by them, raise their spirits, and introduce joy and happiness to them.
The field visit took place to the hospital, which includes a number of children with cancer and blood diseases from Basra Governorate and a number of governorates in southern Iraq.
During the visit, gifts were presented to them by the college to encourage volunteering that can serve this group of sick children.
