The thesis dealt with defining the research problem, which is summarized in answering the following question: Is there a relationship between the research variables (concern about job performance, perceived mentoring competencies, and organizational commitment?

The research reached the following results:
The study sample of educational counselors did not suffer from job performance anxiety.
Educational advisors have a high level of counseling competencies.
Educational consultants are characterized by organizational commitment.
A- There are statistically significant differences in job performance anxiety among educational counselors according to the gender variable in favor of males.
There are statistically significant differences in job performance anxiety according to the marital status variable (married - unmarried) and in favor of the category (married).
C- There are no statistically significant differences in job performance anxiety according to years of service.
A- There are no statistically significant differences in the perceived counseling competencies of educational counselors according to the gender variable (male - female).
B- There are statistically significant differences in the perceived counseling competencies according to the marital status and in favor of the (married) category.
C- There are statistically significant differences in the perceived guidance competencies in the years of service for the benefit of those they serve (10 years or more).
A- There are no statistically significant differences in organizational commitment according to the gender variable (male - female).
B- There are statistically significant differences in organizational commitment according to marital status and in favor of (married).
C- There are statistically significant differences in the organizational commitment in the years of service and in favor of those who serve (10 years or more).
There is a correlation between the study variables (concern about job performance, perceived counseling competencies, organizational commitment).
Based on the results, the research reached a set of recommendations, most notably:
Providing appropriate basic conditions and needs to facilitate the counseling work, which prevents raising the level of concern about the job performance of educational counselors, especially educational counselors.
Coordination between the Directorates of Education and the Colleges of Education (Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Counseling) to hold workshops and training courses on an ongoing basis to raise the level of counseling competencies for educational counselors.
Holding scientific conferences for educational counselors on a (semi-annual) basis for their scientific research and honoring the distinguished financially and morally to raise the level of their organizational commitment, especially those with little experience.
