The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, issued a ministerial order appointing two thousand four hundred and seventy-six university teachers who hold a doctorate degree and who are covered by Law No. 59 of 2017 on the appointment of holders of higher degrees.
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research invites those included in the appointment whose names are published on the official website to come to the location of the Ministry to complete the formal appointment procedures.
On this occasion, the Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, blesses this important segment for joining the Iraqi academic institution, and renews the firm legal and professional commitment of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in dealing with the file of graduate and top graduates in accordance with the contexts and legislation in force that allow the investment of these energies and enable them to perform their scientific and educational functions.
