A vehicle analysis program using the models was also created Trained on the (YOLO3) algorithm that determines the type of vehicle (car, bike, truck, bus), calculates the number of these vehicles, and calculates the speed of each vehicle. During this study, a program was used (SPSS), a statistical program, to analyze the questionnaire, and (HCS) program was used to assess the level of service On multi-lane highways. With the help of (HCS, LOS) software was evaluated during the morning and evening peak hours on Baghdad Street and the roads leading to the university campus. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the level of LOS service on the road surrounding the university campus. The thesis made two suggestions.
