The Division of Continuing Education in the College of Education for Girls, within the Visiting Professor Program, organized an electronic symposium on time management
The symposium, which was delivered by the visiting professor, Dr. Ibrahim Khalil Al-Kubaisi, aimed at organizing and managing time and balancing between practical and personal life.
The seminar dealt with work-life balance by finding a balance of time between your professional life and your personal life. For many people, they spend more hours at work and less time at home, and this may cause them to miss important family events, come home late and feel constant with stress and anxiety.
