During the central ceremony for the graduation of students of the University of Information Technology and Communication, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi announced on launching of the campaign of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, its universities and its institutions to help the afflicted people of Syria.
Dr. Al-Aboudi stressed on that Iraqi universities, despite the diversity of their specializations and prospects at the public and private levels represent an effective environment to achieve goals and a sublime message that begins with the human being and ends with human being, as they carry neutral responsibilities that identify with the positive situation and highlight its stands away from negative repercussions or unilateral descriptions.
His Excellency reviewed that the launching of the campaign of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, its universities and institutions to help the afflicted people in Syria comes in light of responding to the voice and conscience of humanity to provide relief to the afflicted in Syria and aid its children, women and elders as a result of the repeated earthquakes.
