The Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basrah organized an online lecture on the ethics of the teaching profession.
The aim of the lecture is to enable the new teachers, and those who continue to serve, to abide by the necessary ethics of the university teaching profession, based on the instructions of the relevant educational institutions, because of the positive effects that continue to exist in the reality through graduates who learn under the hands of teachers, and in a way that is appropriate for community life in general.
The lecture presented by Dr. Wissam Abdel-Karim Hameed included presenting a number of the characteristics of the university teacher, or the teacher in general, which were deduced from the literature of education, science and psychology, and related ethical books, and then touched on the most important ethics of the university teacher in teaching in class, or dealing with students, colleagues or the administration.
