Basrah University Council granted a certificate of appreciation to the President of the Governorate Appeal Court, Judge Adel Abdul Razzaq Abbas, in appreciation of his great efforts to consolidate the foundations of justice in the Basra community, and in appreciation of his distinguished and permanent cooperation with the University of Basrah.
These grants came during the fourth open periodic session of the University of Basrah Council in the College of Administration and Economics, chaired by Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and attended by members of the university council and directors of research centers, in which many matters related to the scientific and administrative aspects of the university were discussed and included on its agenda.
