The researcher (Ikhlas Jabbar Katie) said that this study aims to study the actions of the ruler in Andalusia, who is the Umayyad ruler, as evidenced by the historical period attached to the title of the study, and there are events that permeated that period, as the actions of the ruler appeared and were sometimes positive and negative behaviors at other times. And the resulting positive or negative results as well.
The researcher recommended the need to show good behavior and avoid its opposite, especially the rulers. Because they are directly responsible for society, in addition to the necessity of reading the history that is written about this aspect to take the lesson and the admonition, as well as knowing the effects of the behavior of the ruler, which the members of society have the ability to discriminate, and then stand up to those who behave bad behaviors that degrade the status of society and its members. .
