The thesis included an introduction, results and five chapters. The first chapter dealt with the study of the natural and demographic factors in the state of Afghanistan. The second chapter dealt with the economic components in its various agricultural, industrial and service sectors. The third chapter studied the stages of development of the political system in Afghanistan, while the fourth chapter dealt with the political pressure groups in it. Then came the fifth chapter to show the impact of regional and international relations on the system of government there.
The thesis concludes that the geographical image, with all its components, reflects the behavior of the Afghan people, their actions, and their internal and external relations.
