Prof. Dr. Mohsen Mushkil Al-Hajjaj participated in the international conference held by the University of Basra in cooperation with Ferdowsi University and under the supervision of the College of Education for Human Sciences and Al-Fares Center for Studies and Researches.
The participation was through his research (soft power and its role in building the state), in which he touched on successful diplomatic methods in international relations and their role in achieving mutual trust.
On the other hand, he warned against the cunning soft power that aims to distort identity.
