The President of the University of Basrah, Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, was honored by the International Commission of Human Development Scholars (ISCHED) with a certificate of appreciation for the efforts made by him and their great effects in the process of building man in society.
The certificate was awarded by the international training expert and representative of the Commission in Basra Governorate, Thamer Habib Al-Eidani, in appreciation of the fruitful cooperation of the University President in the implementation of development programs, including the Training of Trainers (TOT) program, and as a partner in making the peaks of developmental humanitarian giving.
