The lecture dealt with common ways to store cloud data via the Internet on One drive, methods for saving files in Microsoft office, backing up and restoring them, how to automatically backup in Android phone data, and how to make backups to Google drive servers.
In order to Increase the storage capacity in Google drive, an annual subscription is required in order to store the largest volume of data and open the account wherever the user Is located, as these programs provide ease of data retrieval, as well as providing multiple classifications for saving and organizing data such as contacts, audio files, videos, and photos.
The lecture aims to review the most important modern ways to save the personal data of users that must be protected for their own privacy and to keep backup copies in case the data Is stolen, lost, or damaged in the laptop or mobile phone. As well as the use of the One Note electronic archiving program on both the computer and the mobile phone because how useful it is for those who have many books or articles that need to be classified into groups and enable the user to access them from wherever they are.
