A master's thesis in the College of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Basrah examined hope in Nahj Al-Balaghah, a study of structure and composition.
The researcher Farah Ali Al-Rifai's thesis dealt with a conscious and objective look with a depth and containment to find out the many and renewed comprehensive connotations of the linguistic, phonetic, morphological, lexical, grammatical, contextual and rhetorical levels, inspired by the formulas of the word "hope" and the structures that bear the glimpse of "hope" in Nahj Al-Balaghah.
The thesis concluded that hope is not exactly wishing, but that hope is more comprehensive than wishing.
