Under the auspices of the President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Prof. Dr. Ali Abdullah Al-Kinani, the Division of Continuing Education at the College of Fine Arts at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the College of Education for Women - Department of Psychological Sciences, held an attendance workshop entitled Motivation of Experience and Behavioral Skills for students of the Department of Performing Arts and the Department of Psychological and Educational Sciences.
The workshop, which was moderated by Assistant Lecturer Saja Yasser Hussein, and presented by Lecturer. Dr. Hazem Abdel-Meguid, Prof. Dr. Amal Mahdi Jar, Prof. Dr. Anwar Abdel Qader, Prof. Dr. Asaad Abdel-Ridha and Assistant Lecturer Saja Yasser Hussein, included the subject of motivation of experience is the driving force that drives us to do something and depends on internal and external factors.
Motives are viewed as the engines that stand behind human behavior, whether cognitive, kinetic, or emotional. Interest in the subject of motives is not limited to those working in the field of psychology, but every individual in order to know how to deal with others.
