The University of Basrah College of Medicine welcomed today, Thursday, 30 / 3 / 2023, the Professor from the University of Southwest Texas in the United States of America,Consultant in Neurosurgery and pain management Dr. Mazin Abdel Nabi Al Tamimi , who is one of the honorary graduates the college of Medicine, University of Basrah in 1984. Where he was warmly received by the Dean of the college of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Murtadha Mohammed Saleh Al-Musafer and Assistant Deans and Rapporteur of the college cout. Information and experiences were exchanged between the University of Basrah and the University of West Texas. Important matters related to the educational process and joint cooperation between the two universities were also discussed through lectures, surgical operations and training workshops. Prof. Dr. Mazen Abdel Nabi Al Tamimi was also honoured by the Dean with a certificate of appreciation and gratitude for his visit to thy college of Medicine.
