The College of Medicine / University of Basrah organised two interactive lectures on occupational health and the most important health problems experienced by workers in the work environment and how to prevent them. These interactive lectures stem from the medical colleges strategy to shift from teaching-only education to student-centred education and to encourage interactive learning. These interactive lectures were presented by a group of students of the fourth stage under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Asaad Kadduri Al-Yassin from the Family and Community Medicine department .
