The examination committee in the College of Dentistry University of Basrah supervised the complementary work to prepare and finalize the requirements for the success of the examination process for the academic year 2022/2023
The Dean's Assistant for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Sundus AbdulWadod Neama, the Head of the Examination Committee, said, "The examination rooms have been set up to save the questions, ensure that their confidentiality Is preserved, and distribute them at the specified times and according to the announced schedule for students on the website. As the rooms are equipped with computers and electronic programs are Installed to facilitate the process of calculating the student's scores and coming up with the annual GPAs of the students with high accuracy.
Complementary work included preparing the examination halls and providing additional examination seats to accommodate the number of students.
Dr. Sundus added, "Large-sized signs were printed which containing all the examination Instructions that the student must abide by, in addition to pictures showing the student to stay away from unwanted actions and avoid them during the examinations, such as entering the mobile phone into the examination hall, attending on time, adhering to the uniform, and avoiding using the methods that are suspected of fraud attempts.
