The College of Nursing at the University of Basrah organized a scientific lecture on viral infections.
The lecture, which was delivered by Dr. Nour Jabbar, included a comprehensive definition of viral infections that affect kidney transplant patients, and among these viruses (Ebv, BK, CMV).
The infection with these viruses during the first year after transplantation is due to the activation of these viruses due to the immunosuppressive drugs that are given to the patient to prevent the occurrence of rejection.
