Prof. Dr. Youssef Odeh Ghanem (Associate Dean for Academic Affairs) participated in the discussion of a master's thesis at the College of Law / Basra University for the student (Mustafa Muhammad Zaghair) tagged with (Legal Regulation for Central Bank Supervision of Islamic Banking Funds / Comparative Study). The message included the control of the Central Bank over the sources of Islamic banks ’funds in terms of identifying the sources of those funds and a statement of the central bank’s supervisory powers over them, in addition to the Central Bank’s control over the investment of Islamic banks’ funds in terms of setting the central bank’s control tools over the methods of investing the funds of Islamic banks and the means of controlling it over Financing contracts for these banks.
