The Dean of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Falah Hassan Shri, attended the regional workshop on phytosanitary technologies in the field of plant propagation, distribution and its role in food security, which was organized by the Plant Protection Department in the College of Agriculture, University of Basrah, in cooperation with the Arab Society for Plant Protection
The workshop included a number of sessions on the importance of plant health and the application of agricultural quarantine, as well as the importance of monitoring invasive pests and modern strategies in managing pests and reducing losses resulting from them.
