The Department of Ecology at the College of Science at the University of Basra organized a seminar on water pollution with polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and its impact on living things.
The seminar, in which the graduate student Al-Hasnain Mustafa Kazem lectured, aims to study the concentrations of PCBs in water and sediments.
The study dealt with a detailed explanation of PCBs, their composition, presence and effects on living organisms.
