The objective of the course was to prepare professional trainers and train them in training skills.
The course, delivered by international trainer and senior engineer Thamer Habib Zaher Al-Eidani, covered the concept and objectives of training, identifying training needs, designing and implementing training programs, training methods and activities, trainer and trainee styles, effective communication skills, body language, trainer skills and behaviors, and the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) for thinking styles.
In conclusion, it was recommended to train trainers and presenters on professional training methods and skills
