The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Veterinary Affairs in the governorate, organized a workshop in the veterinary clinic in Al-Nashwa on how to deal with animals infected with hemorrhagic fever and similar diseases.
The workshop aimed to raise the scientific and preventive level of the veterinary cadres and spread the health culture in order to control the disease and maintain the health of the community.
The workshop, in which a number of faculty members lectured, included sampling methods for the purpose of diagnosing the disease and methods of controlling it.
