The Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basrah organized an online workshop on exam anxiety syndrome and the path towards success.
The workshop, presented by Dr. Abdul Karim Zayer Al-Muzani, included the topic of exam anxiety syndrome, types of anxiety, what is exam anxiety, its symptoms, its physical, cognitive, and psychological causes, how to deal with it, and ways to treat it.
At the end, the recommendation was that workshops should be held for educational and higher education cadres to discuss the situation and activate the role of psychological counseling in students and universities to hold lectures on the subject throughout the academic year and activate the role of media in ministries and educational institutions to present successful solutions and instruct educational ministries to choose specialized professors in putting modern typical questions far from ambiguity.
