The Clinical Laboratory Sciences Department at the College of Pharmacy organized a panel discussion entitled (Similarity and Difference between Incretin Hormones) with the participation of researchers and specialists.
The panel discussion included a lecture delivered by Assistant Lecturer Safa Kifah Qassem, in which she explained the types of drugs whose action is similar to the work of the hormone incretin, which is secreted naturally inside the body and its effect on the treatment of diabetes and obesity as well. This clarification includes the extent of similarity and differences between these drugs in terms of effectiveness, effect, side effects, dosages and use.
