Biopolymers refer to complex molecules that are composed of numerous small monomers that have undergone polymerization. These biopolymers are derived from microbial sources and offer potential benefits, such as external polysaccharides.
Biopolymers utilized in the medical domain exhibit specific characteristics, including but not limited to their non-toxic, non-carcinogenic, and non-causative nature. The aforementioned polymers are utilized in a capacity that is anti-microbial in nature, with the purpose of treating infections of the gynecological variety.
An anti-cancer agent is utilized for the management of cancer.
