
For the second year in a row, the Committee of Deans of Medical Colleges in Iraq completed the comprehensive national assessment exam for medical colleges in Iraq (National Comprehensive Evaluation Exam for Iraqi (NCEEIMC) Colleges of Medicine).
The dean of the college, Dr. Murtada Al-Musafer stated: 26 medical colleges participated in it, and the exam was conducted simultaneously. Standardized questions were designed to cover the vocabulary of learning outcomes, using the designated ministerial platform, and in accordance with international standard exams.
He added that the Basrah College of Medicine ranked third among medical colleges in Iraq, after the College of Medicine in Baghdad and Fallujah. One of our college students ranked fourth among the top ten students.
Al-Musafer thanked the President of the University for his continuous follow-up. He also thanked the College of Medicine Council with all its components, decisions and members and the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology and their distinguished staff, as they put all the efforts to pass the comprehensive exam.
