The researcher (Amal Majid Khalaf) said that this letter deals with the political, social and economic conditions of the Jews since the liberation of the Ukrainian lands from the Nazi occupation 1944-1990, when the Soviet government allowed the lifting of restrictions on Ukrainian travel to Palestine.
The researcher divided the thesis into an introduction, preface, conclusion, and three chapters.
The introduction deals with the historical roots of the conditions of the Ukrainian Jews from the 16th century to 1943.
While the first chapter includes the conditions of the Ukrainian Jews from the liberation of Ukraine from the Nazi occupation until the death of Stalin 1944-1953.
The second chapter deals with the conditions of the Ukrainian Jews under the new Soviet government from 1953-1967.
The third chapter deals with the conditions of the Ukrainian Jews from 1967-1990.
