The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Education for Sciences organized a workshop on (the sanctity of public money in Islam) with the participation of researchers and specialists, and the workshop included a lecture given by the instructor in the Department of Qur’an Sciences, teacher Mortada Jawad Awad Al-Mudawah
During which he discussed (the sanctity of public money in Islam, its meaning, how to manage public funds, how to preserve it, the prohibition of wasting, destroying, stealing, embezzlement, or encroaching upon it, and negligence in preserving it, destroying it, or wasting it unjustly is one of the major sins in Islam and its punishment is severe in this world.
