Mrs. Dean of the College of Education for Humanities University of Basra (Professor Nidaa Muhammad Baqer) participated in the ministerial program in cooperation with the German Acceleration Laboratories at the United Nations to build and develop the capacity of teaching staff in Iraqi universities. The training program started on Sunday 9/7/2023 and the program ended on Sunday 6/8/2023, which lasted for more than a month.
The training program aimed to prepare trained cadres who can carry out development and qualification courses in modern curricula and teaching methods in accordance with technological developments in all Iraqi universities. For the purpose of enhancing the professional development of the faculty member, and transforming this into a daily practice carried out by the faculty member, which achieves educational goals and then improves educational outcomes.
At the same time, (Professor Nidaa Muhammad Baqer) participated in the course of teaching methods of the Center for Continuing Education, as she gave a lecture last week in Imam Ali Hall (peace be upon him) - College of Law - University of Basra, and the lecture was about individual differences and how to take them into account during Teaching, and the need for the new teaching staff to intensify reading about the foundations and theories of learning, and ways of communication in order to improve education outcomes in all fields.
